Maintenance

Defining the term maintenance is not as easy as it may first appear. Initially the idea behind maintenance is to trouble shoot and solve client issues that arise during their normal day.

Examples of maintenance work may include 'wear and tear' on a building such as leaking roofs, damaged toilets, repairs to walls or floors, painting, door locks, clearance, etc.

An estimate for all work should be requested via the online form or email and include as much details as possible. Any relevant pictures should be enclosed to help.
