Estimates and Proposals

Estimates and/or Proposals will be produced for all work post either an onsite or remote survey of the work to be carried out. An estimate will outline the basic costs and an accurate end price based on information provided. In many cases additional costs for materials or travel expenses may be applied to the final invoice. If a project exceeds the time scale originally proposed, additional labour charges may have additional discount applied.

Before any confirmation to carry out work is given the final estimate/proposal must be agreed upon. This will be the template for the final invoice. The link emailed to you the client will give you the opportinity to view the pricing and work summary. You can also add comments.
