e-Sign

e-Sign is a term used when a document is provided online in a digital form and then the client is asked to sign by using a digital representation of their written signature. This is then accompanied with their full name and date to verify this signature.

The digital signature is performed by using either a touch screen (finger or stylus) or a mouse pointer and should closely match their written signature.

This form of document verification is accepted as legally binding and accompanied with the clients digital address.
